While the cleaner and lube are good , customer service sucks, I bought the combo with 3 towels but they didn't ship the towels,, wont answer the phone, wont answer emails, I was told to email Jade on their social media, no response, customer service SUCKS

I placed an order on July 29, part of it arrived on August 3 which is when I was informed that the rest of my order was back-ordered (how unprofessional) and that they will let me know when it will be back in stock and shipped. 40 days later I received a notification that the rest of the order was being shipped; the package was allegedly delivered on September 18, but for my surprise there was no package on my mailbox for which I contacted USPS and filed a claim, days later I received a phone call from the USPS office manager of my area in which she said that they can't assure the package was placed in the correct mailbox and that I had to contact the sender for them to file a claim because the package was insured. On September 22 I filed a claim on Shooter Lube's website regarding this matter, and it's been 7 days already and I haven't heard back from them.

Got my order in 7 days, which I thought was slow considering I paid extra for quicker shipping. But in the future I will reorder well in advance to avoid this issue. But, as advertised, the cleaning solvent was odorless, which my wife loved since cleaning my guns in the house made it smell like solvent for hours. Most of the time I was banned to the garage to clean them….but not anymore. I’m in law enforcement, so I carry a gun everyday at work. My duty gun is my Springfield 1911, which can be a picky gun if not oiled right. We shoot monthy at work so I’m looking forward to seeing how your oil holds up at a day at range. I’m very pleased with the solvent and will order again.
